Whether you’re eager to grow your leadership skills, connect face-to-face with fellow volunteers, or recharge in a supportive community, this is the event for you. Loved last year? CISV Connect & National Junior Board Meeting
Where: Joe C. Davis YMCA Outdoor Center/YMCA Camp YMCA OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE 3088 Smith Springs Road, Nashville, TN 37013
When: Check-In Friday, October 24th 11am ending Sunday, October 26th at 11:00am
What: CISV Connect will combine camp activities with experiential educational activities. The intent is to gather and energize your chapters at a minimal cost.
Who: Anyone in your chapter who wants to learn and have fun! JB should be at least 14 years old to enjoy all the sessions. Each chapter should send at least one JB (Local Junior Rep, LJR) and one adult.
Registration (per person) includes a bed in a cabin for Fri-Sun and we will provide meals from lunch on Friday to breakfast on Sunday. For those who need to arrive on Thursday, an additional option can be purchased that includes an additional night in the cabin and breakfast.

Deadline to register is October 3rd. No refunds will be given after October 1st. There will be no refunds allocated after October 1st, any refund requests before will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cisvusa@cisvusa.org.
CISV Connect Logistics:
- Sheets, pillow, blanket & towels are not included. (linen bag with sheets, towel, washcloth blanket, and pillow rentals can be ordered ahead of time for $20 per bag***** limited supplies)
- Alcohol is not permitted at the campsite
- Transportation from the airport is on your own. The YMCA is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport.
- Chaperones are required. Each chapter must designate a chaperone. The ratio for youth to chaperone is 1 to 6. Chaperones should be listed on youth forms. If your chapter needs help with chaperone sharing it is $50 per youth that will be credited to the chapter sending the chaperone. Please email cisvusa@cisvusa.org if you need a chaperone share.
- Chapters should bring merch to sell at Open Night/National Night or a poster with your online merch to sell.
- Dress: Please bring casual, comfortable clothing. This is a campsite!
- Food: This is camp food so please bring additional snacks as needed. We’ll plan for dietary needs as much as possible.
- Registration Check-In will be located at the dining hall. Please go there first to get your name badge and submit forms and pick up purchased linen bags.
