We are seeking volunteers for the Chapter Development Committee. We understand that the role can be a little overwhelming, so we have broken down the roles into a series of smaller roles. Individuals can pick one or more tasks based on experience and knowledge.
Chairperson
– Coordinate the committee work by ensuring goals and objectives have been met
– Conduct frequent feedback sessions with Chapter Presidents to guide the committee
– Review the annual calendar, chapter resources
Data Analyzers
– Review Chapter Assessments and identify areas of concern
– Create action plans and recommendations to address general needs across all
chapters that the NO can provide, be it materials, processes, trainings, etc.
Chapter Liaisons
– Work with Chapters to create, track and review goals to address areas of concerns
– Present overall state to the Committee and ED
– Leverage the Chapter Resources to help chapters, collect new resources to expand the resources to share with other chapters
