Training: Chapter Development Workshop Series (New President’s Survival Guide)

This year, the Chapter Development Workshop will be conducted as a series.  This training series is targeted to chapter board leadership, in particular your President Elect for the 2024/2025 year.  It is mandatory for each chapter to have representation at each session.  Please Register for each session you plan to attend. 

This series has 4 sessions:

• Session #1 (Monday, May 6, 8 pm ET, 90 minutes):  New President’s Survival Guide; facilitated by Janet Reynolds and Tait Anberg
• Session #2 (Thursday, May 9, 8 pm ET, 90 minutes): Running a Board Retreat/Visioning for your chapter; facilitated by Tait Anberg and Rita Hussung
• Session #3 (Monday , May 13, 8 pm ET, 60 minutes ): Where O’ where are my Resources?!;  facilitated by Janet Reynolds
• Session #4 (Thursday, May 16, 8 pm ET, 60 minutes):  Deep dive on Chapter Challenges – Pick a Virtual Room.  Recruiting (Rita’s Room);  Fundraising (Janet’s Room); PR & Communications (Tait’s Room)

This is best experienced on a PC.  If you miss a session, they will be recorded and made available after the series is complete.  You must be registered to receive a link to the recordings.
