Applying for Village, Step Up, Village Junior Counselor, Fortnight, Youth Meeting
Chapters have invitations to the Village, Step Up, Village Junior Counselor, Fortnight, Youth Meeting programs. Find the chapter closest to you here to apply for these programs that are available through your local chapter.
Applying for Seminar Camp
Each applicant should complete the application, including the essay (Seminar Application), and submit it to cisvusa@cisvusa.org and seminar@cisvusa.org. Applications not sent to both emails will be considered incomplete.
Communication and submission of an application should be through prospective delegates, not parents. A Seminar program is designed to grow delegates as leaders and self-advocators. This begins with the application process, meaning all communication should come from the delegate’s own personal email.
Complete Applications will have the following:
- The entire application packet with full preferences completed Seminar Camp Application
- Proof of Age (copy of driver’s license, birth certificate or passport)
- Two personal recommendations Youth Delegate Reference Form (teachers, coaches, former leaders, family friends, JB advisors, etc.)
- Chapter Endorsement Form Seminar Camp Chapter Endorsement Form (To be sent from your Chapter President or Local Seminar Chair – please note, parents cannot endorse their own children)

Complete applications must be submitted by January 1st to be considered in the first round of invitations. Applications after that time will be considered but priority will be given to those who submit before the deadline.
